Floors carry every other trade. Peakform checks the subfloor, the moisture, the direction of boards or tiles, and the thresholds between rooms before a material is committed. A beautiful board on a moving subfloor will telegraph every fault.
Stairs and landings are part of the same walk, not a later patch. Nosing, grips, and the light on a turn are included when the scope says the stair is in. We sequence dusty preparation before joinery that must stay clean.
You receive care notes for the finish that was actually installed: what may touch it in the first days, and what should never touch it. That note is as useful as the floor itself.
What a scope usually includes
