Julian Crowe, Site Supervisor
Julian keeps the work zone understandable. He sets protection, checks that the day’s edge is weather-tight on roofs and exteriors, and makes sure tools do not wander into the part of the home that is still ordinary life.
He came up through site work and still prefers to be present when a covering is open or a floor is being laid. The programme on the wall is his, updated when weather or a delivery moves, and emailed the same day so nobody is guessing.
He is strict about barriers where children or pets live. A tidy site is not a style choice. It is how people get to the kettle without crossing wet adhesive.
